The artist Jens Evaldsson invited the artist-run gallery Temporära Konsthallen, which invited the artist Jens Evaldsson to recreate Temporära Konsthallen inside Moderna Museet. The black "blackout boards" that covered the windows of Temporära Konsthallen now cover the windows of Moderna Bar. A way of turning the context of an artist-run gallery inside out and exhibiting it inside an art institution.

The project started on one of Mare Liberum's rafts as a demonstration of black signs. The journey continued from the shoreline up to Moderna Museet, where the boards were slowly installed and gradually covered the beautiful sea view from the bar.

Staff representing Temporära Konsthallen were present among the audience during the evening.

Temporära Konsthallen started in 2012 and works exclusively with "ready spaces". Last time it existed within an 18th-century psychiatric hospital, where 46 artists exhibited their work. Temporära Konsthallen appears in different places to portray them as platforms for art — erasing a previous use or collaborating with it. A temporary disruption of the use of a space. For the moment, Temporära Konsthallen is materialised by a bar counter and 20 black boards.
